The first virtual SODI Convening, presented by the Science of Diversity & Inclusion Initiative (SODI) in partnership with the Berkeley Haas Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership (EGAL), will be on May 12th from 8:30am-10:30am Pacific Time. This online session will share research insights on inclusive workplace practices that are relevant to current stay-at-home measures as well as normal business operations. Research talks will be followed by a panel discussion among D&I leaders at The Carlyle Group and BlackRock.
