Mallory Avery is a postdoctoral research fellow in diversity and inclusion at Monash University. She uses experimental and applied methods to analyze topics related to diversity and inclusion in terms of race, gender, and health. Her current research has focused on the impact of affirmative action on the future employment outcomes of women, the impact of access to low-to-no-cost mental health care on mental-health related mortality, and on the impacts of future of work changes, such as the expanded use of AI and remote work, on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
